VCI desiccant is a kind of multifunctional desiccant prepared by a special production process based on natural minerals and vapor phase corrosion inhibitor.
It can not only absorb water super-strongly but also has excellent vapor phase rust resistance.
It is a new anti-corrosion product that replaces the original silica gel, montmorillonite, and other desiccants. It is suitable for the anti-rust of iron or non-ferrous metal products and materials. Here is an introduction to the anti-rust desiccant.
Features:
1. Compared with the existing silica gel desiccant, it has more than twice the moisture absorption and has the effect of vapor phase rust prevention.
2. It is composed of natural minerals and decomposable substances, which is environmentally friendly and safe.
3. It is not restricted by packaging parts and has no harm to non-metallic materials such as plastic and rubber.
4. Pass SGS certification and comply with RoHS directive requirements.
Applicable metal:
Various metal materials and products including ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, electroplated metal, zinc and alloy, chromium and alloy, cadmium and alloy, nickel and alloy, tin and alloy, aluminum and alloy.

Application method:
1. Clean and dry the surface of the rust-proof articles, and there should be no residual debris, stains, or other filth.
2. Put an appropriate amount of this product in the unit packaging (such as cartons, plastic bags, other containers), and then seal it.
3. In order to achieve a balanced anti-rust effect, this product should be evenly placed within the effective VCI interval (≤30cm), and there should be no barriers between the product and the anti-rust article.
4. Under normal circumstances, the basic usage amount: 150g-250g. But according to the packaging environment, the dosage should be increased or decreased as appropriate.
Storage method:
Sealed packaging, stored in a cool, dry place, prevent direct sunlight, prevent contact with fire and corrosive substances. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of delivery.
